RedBull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager.

The role focuses on maintaining relationships with customers across large and small off‑premise stores while upholding RedBull executional standards. The program trains you to interview for Account Sales Manager roles, with potential for extension if performance remains high and no openings exist.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of a DOT Medical card.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness or projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off premise stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner per RedBull standards.
• Learn basics of RedBull and RedBull Distribution Company, the brand and products.
• Build and protect the RedBull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
