Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is recruiting a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships across on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.

You will work closely with management to cover ASM routes during absences and participate in training that leads to an Account Sales Manager role. During the program you will learn Red Bull brand execution, route planning, and professional relationship building with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, or special projects
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores
• Execute daily plan with tools, displays, and pricing as required
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets (sales, distributions, pricing, display)
• Assist with audits, blitzes, and in-store merchandising to drive sales
• Perform other duties as assigned as part of team support
