Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during absences. The trainee will partner with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores.

Upon successful completion of the program and certification, the trainee may interview for Account Sales Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or specials projects.
• Maintain customer relationships among sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off-premise stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner in line with Red Bull standards.
• Assist with in-store branding, displays and daily route planning.
• Coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities and obtain all tools needed to execute the daily plan.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets on sales, distributions, pricing, displays and merchandising.
