Red Bull Distribution Company offers a Sales Trainee (ST) training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) position. The ST supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage during vacations, sickness, or special projects while maintaining customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for various stores.

Upon successful training and certification, the ST may interview for ASM roles.

Competenze

Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
English; additional languages an advantage.

Mansioni

Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed.
Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off premise stores.
Obtain all tools (insights, displays, POS, Pricing, etc.) to execute the daily plan.
Communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
Cover ASM routes as needed.
Meet daily KPI focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
Support the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to drive the sales business.
