Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company offers a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare the candidate for Account Sales Manager roles. The trainee will support sales initiatives, cover ASM routes when needed, and help maintain relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for various stores.

After successful completion of the program, a promotion interview for ASM or other roles is possible; the role is at-will and subject to performance standards and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid US driver's license and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off-premise stores.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI in sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising.
• Assist with audits, blitzes and building of displays to drive the sales business.
