Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to join a structured training track toward Account Sales Manager. The trainee will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations or special projects, while maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.

Upon successful program participation, the trainee may interview for ASM roles. The role is at-will and emphasizes brand standards, daily preparation, and in-store execution

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• English; additional languages an advantage

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format “off premise” stores.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Other duties as assigned.
