Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee (ST) training program designed to prepare the candidate for an Account Sales Manager (ASM) role. The ST will support sales initiatives, maintain customer relationships, and provide route coverage for ASM during absences while learning Red Bull standards.

Upon successful completion of the program and certification, the ST may interview for open ASM roles.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US drivers license.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all accounts.
• Provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or other needs.
• Interact with management to ensure safe, productive, and professional execution of Red Bull standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets related to sales, distributions, pricing, and merchandising.
