Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is hiring a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers. You will learn Red Bull executional standards, build customer relationships, and coordinate with sales, merchandising and operations to ensure strong in-store presence.

Upon successful training, you may interview for ASM roles; if not, extension up to 12 months is possible with performance. This is an at-will position supporting large and small format stores.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver's License
• DOT Medical Card
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, or special projects
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores
• Execute daily plan with tools and POS materials and coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities
• Cover ASM routes as needed and assist in in-store execution and audits
