Job summary

The Red Bull Distribution Company is launching a Sales Trainee program to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role. You will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage during ASM absences, while maintaining relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for both large and small format off-premise stores.

Upon successful completion of the training and certification, you'll interview for ASM or other qualified roles.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large & small format off premise stores.
• Service customers safely, productively and professionally per Red Bull standards.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets (sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts).
• Assist with audits, blitzes, displays and merchandising activities.
