Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to train individuals for Account Sales Manager roles. The trainee will support sales initiatives and ensure route coverage for ASM during absences, while maintaining strong customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations.

Upon successful training and certification, the candidate may interview for ASM roles; if not, retention is possible for up to 12 months with extension options.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive, and professional manner per Red Bull standards.
• Gather insights and execute daily plans with tools and displays to support the in-store plan.
• Communicate priorities with ASMs/DSMs on a daily basis and train with ASMs.
• Support route audits, displays, and merchandising to drive sales as needed.
