Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is offering a Sales Trainee role designed to prepare the Retail account sales path to ASM.

The ST will support sales initiatives, ensure route coverage during vacations, and maintain relationships across sales, merchandising and operations at off premise stores. The program includes training with opportunities to interview for Account Sales Manager roles; completion with certification may lead to a permanent ST position up to 12 months, with possible extension

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Obtain tools to execute the daily plan and coordinate with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets.
• Support audits, blitzes, displays, and merchandising to drive sales.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
