Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds seeks motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program blending field-based and classroom learning, with coursework at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, and mentoring in your territory.

Upon completion you relocate to an assigned territory as a Sales Professional, selling Reynolds software, marketing services, printed business forms, and promotional products to auto dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (last 3–5 years).
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 12-month sales training program blending field and classroom learning.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Aim to achieve monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
