Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking highly motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12‑month sales training program blending field‑based and classroom learning at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for meeting monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds software solutions and services to automotive customers. Relocation assistance is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Bachelor’s degree
• Good time management skills
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program

Responsibilities

• Relocate to assigned territory and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Relocation assistance to new territory provided by the company.
• Travel 80-100% during training with overnight stays.
• Work with Sales Mentor during field-based training and participate in Reynolds University sessions.
