Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in our 12-month sales training program, combining field-based and classroom instruction.

The classroom training is located at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, with field mentoring and product calls to build real-world acumen. Upon completion you relocate to an assigned territory and work toward monthly and annual quotas, selling automotive software, marketing services,

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with limited violations.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and meet quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the territory.
