Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard‑working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12‑month sales training program with field‑based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Willing to travel 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after program completion.
