Job summary

The Reynolds and Reynolds Company is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

After completing the program, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for achieving monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive dealerships.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record (fewer than 2 moving violations in 3 years, no OVI/DUI/DWI in 5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills are essential.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training to assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory after completing the training program.
• Become a Sales Professional and meet designated monthly/annual quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in your territory.
