Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom-style training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training, expect 80-100% travel with overnight stays as you observe and assist mentors in your territory. Upon completion, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for monthly and annual quotas

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of training

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional
• Relocate assistance provided by the company and accountability for meeting quotas
