Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field and classroom components, with classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

After training, you will relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional, responsible for achieving monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products to automotive customers. Expect 80-100% travel during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program.

Responsibilities

• Enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom-style training.
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services to automotive customers.
• Travel with mentors and accompany customer service and installation teams to learn products.
• Sell to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
