Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. The 12-month program blends field-based work with classroom sessions at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH, covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.

During training, you will travel 80-100% with a Sales Mentor, and relocation to your territory will be provided after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to travel 80-100% during training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program combining field and classroom instruction.
