Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise in Texas is looking for a Sales Team Lead to drive direct sales within the designated territory. You will engage business owners, benefits managers, and employees, delivering our supplemental insurance solutions while mentoring a growing sales team.

You will balance hands-on selling with coaching, training new reps, and shaping strategies to exceed targets. A background in sales and leadership, plus required licenses, is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered)
• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain - study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursement available)

Responsibilities
