ADP is seeking a Sales Executive to lead a field-based team selling payroll, tax, HR, and benefits solutions. You will drive sales objectives by coordinating with clients, prospects, and partners, while recruiting and coaching sales associates to reach performance targets.

You will represent ADP in the field, stay current on product technology, and pursue advancement opportunities with strong compensation and benefits offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience with a proven closing track record.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to engage clients at all levels.
• Relationship builder who can coach and develop a sales team.
• Excellent time management and ability to multitask across priorities.

Responsabilités

• Grow the business by leading your sales team to close deals and achieve targets in the assigned geography.
• Provide direction, motivation, and coaching to your team; ensure Salesforce usage and compliance.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales associates, and develop their careers through ongoing feedback.
• Represent ADP in field, at trade shows, demos, and seminars and stay current on ADP products.
