ADP is hiring a Sales Executive to lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives selling payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions to new and existing clients. You will recruit, hire, train and develop sales associates, coaching performance to hit targets across your territory.

Remote and field responsibilities require multitasking and strong client engagement as you represent ADP at trade shows, demos, and seminars to stay ahead of product technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business-to-business sales with client interactions.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and deliver performance feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead a field-based sales team to close sales and hit targets.
