Alleviation Enterprise is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive direct sales within the Covington, LA area and mentor new team members. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, promote supplemental insurance, and lead by example to achieve strong results.

You will balance field selling with training, develop strategic plans, and motivate the team to reach ambitious goals while maintaining client relationships and high service standards.
