Alleviation Enterprise LLC is seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive direct sales in your territory. You will engage with business owners and decision-makers, delivering our supplemental insurance solutions and leading by example.

Through our in-depth training, you will mentor new reps, balance sales targets with coaching, and help the team grow while maximizing earnings through commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience in sales
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license (study course provided) and state licensing fees reimbursement

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales efforts in designated territory
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members
