Through our training program, you will mentor new hires, balance selling with coaching duties, and foster a culture of results, accountability, and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant sales experience required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales efforts in your designated territory and engage with business owners.
• Promote supplemental insurance products to owners and employees.
• Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
