Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Francisco. You will lead store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and manage daily operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory control.

You will champion a positive team culture, coordinate tasks across departments, and stay informed about product launches and brand initiatives. The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience (leadership preferred), the ability to work a flexible

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by applying Crocs service standards.
• Support daily store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock and inventory control.
• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Coordinate tasks with Store Manager to ensure smooth daily execution and recovery standards.
• Serve as brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and initiatives.
