Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking a Store Team Lead to guide daily store operations, coach associates, and drive unforgettable customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will handle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, inventory, and visual presentation, while partnering with store management to achieve sales goals. The role offers a pay range of $19.00–$24.00 per hour and benefits eligible.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our service model.
• Lead a positive team culture and share ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments including POS, customer service, merchandising, and stockroom.
• Lead by example to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegate tasks, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with up-to-date product knowledge.
• Adhere to all policies including Asset Protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control.
