Job summary

You’ll lead the team, drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and act as a brand ambassador by sharing product knowledge and Crocs initiatives with customers. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably with store leadership.
• Flexibility in schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs’ service model.
• Champion a positive team culture and uphold Crocs core values.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS, merchandising and stockroom.
• Lead by example to reach personal and team sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities and ensure timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product collaborations and launches.
• Adhere to all store policies, asset protection, and inventory controls.
