Crocs is seeking a Team Leader (Full Time) in New Jersey to deliver outstanding consumer experiences, lead store operations, and help the team achieve sales goals. You’ll act as a brand ambassador and ensure smooth opening/closing, cash handling, and compliance with store procedures.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, prior leadership preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Join a fast-paced, growth-focused team.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying Crocs service standards.
• Lead and assist in store operations, including POS, merchandising, and stockroom activities.
• Drive sales goals through effective selling and customer engagement.
• Open and close procedures, cash handling, store recovery standards, and ensuring business readiness.
• Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product launches and promotions.
