Crocs is seeking a Team Lead, Sales Part Time in the United States to drive memorable customer experiences and lead a dynamic team on the sales floor. You will open/close procedures, manage cash handling, and help ensure the store is business-ready daily.

You will champion Crocs values, stay informed about product drops, and mentor teammates to achieve personal and store sales goals while upholding high service standards.

Competenze

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2–3 years of retail experience, with preference for prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs service model.
• Foster a positive team culture through feedback and collaboration.
• Assist in all store areas including POS, customer service, merchandising and stockroom.
• Lead on the sales floor with management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Delegate tasks, monitor progress and ensure timely follow-up.
• Act as a brand ambassador with knowledge of product launches and collaborations.
• Adhere to store policies including Asset Protection and inventory control.
