Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a retail team member for our Destin, FL location. You’ll deliver outstanding consumer experiences by assisting in multiple store departments, managing POS, merchandising, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

You’ll work with store leadership to achieve and exceed sales goals, stay informed about product collaborations, and uphold all company policies. This role requires 18+ and flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay ranging $17–$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2-3 years of retail experience with a preference for candidates with prior store leadership roles.
• Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours.
• Desire to succeed in a high growth, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model.
• Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns.
• Assist in all store departments, including POS management, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and work with Store Management to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Manage day-to-day team activities, delegating tasks and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations and launches.
