Credit Acceptance is hiring a Lead, Sales Systems to own Sales technology, translate business needs into requirements, and partner with technical teams for delivery. The role reports to the Manager of Sales Analytics and Reporting and measures adoption and impact.
The position can work from home with occasional travel to our Southfield, Michigan office; remote work is allowed for the right candidate.
Qualifications
- Experience translating business needs into requirements and working with technical teams through testing, release, and adoption.
- Experience with CRM, sales enablement, workflow, lead-management, or comparable enterprise platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the business owner for assigned Sales platforms and represent Sales needs related to enhancements and priorities.
