Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking a Sales Enablement Education Specialist to translate business priorities into practical education for field sales teams. The role supports ongoing education, readiness, and field execution after onboarding, with cross-functional collaboration across Sales Enablement, Leadership, GTM Strategy, Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Training & Development.

Position allows work-from-home with occasional travel to the Southfield, Michigan office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, Learning & Development, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Education, Sales Operations, Training & Development, Communications, or related field.
• Experience developing Sales-facing, business-facing, or role-based education and readiness resources.
• Strong communication, writing, facilitation, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Sales Education and Readiness: develop ongoing Sales education and readiness programs for field sellers, leaders, and specialized roles.
• Translate priorities into clear, practical education, guides, job aids, coaching support, and field-ready resources.
• Reinforce role-specific selling behaviors and adoption of tools and programs.
• Support regional forums and best-practice sharing to improve consistency across Sales.
• Initiative and Sales Play Support: readiness for product launches, changes, plays, pilots, and GTM initiatives.
• Develop reinforcement plans, talking points, and direction for field execution.
• Gather and share field feedback to improve clarity and adoption.
• Help reinforce key behaviors over time to support sustained adoption.
