The role requires deep domain knowledge, experience with Agile practices, and the ability to influence stakeholders. Travel to Southfield, MI may be required, with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• College degree or recent equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position.
• Customer-first mindset, always keeping the customer's interest in mind when making decisions.
• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
• Experience using data mining tools, customer experience management software, and direct observation.
• Experience working according to Agile principles, sprint-based approaches, taking a prioritized, pragmatic approach.

Responsibilities

• Advocates for the end user and stakeholder by empathizing and understanding user needs, remaining focused on desired outcomes, and becoming the domain expert.
• Analyzes data through the lens of the customer and identifies goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value and backlog priority.

• Owns the product and delivery across time, budget, and quality while aligning with business goals.
• Champions continuous improvement of the product management process and mentors others.
