• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with field and office personnel to ensure smooth use of CRM tools and system integrations.
• Escalate complex issues to IT leadership for review and resolution.
• Occasionally travel to various worksites as needed (40% travel cited).
