DRB Homes in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an IT/Business Applications Support Specialist to drive end-user training and effective use of Sales and CRM systems. You will troubleshoot issues, document procedures, configure tools, and coordinate with IT and sales teams to ensure reliable operation of S-1440, HubSpot, DocuSign, and cloud-based telephony.

The role requires strong communication, careful documentation, and the ability to manage several projects with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office Suite.
• Experience with Sales/CRM tools is desirable.
• Ability to present ideas effectively, orally and in writing.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support for end users of Sales and CRM systems.
• Direct end-user training and produce documentation for procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sales systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with field and office staff to ensure efficient use of CRM tools.
• Travel up to 40% to support regional teams and IT leadership.
• Coordinate software setup, configuration, testing and deployment.
