Job summary

CorSource is seeking a seasoned architect / Staff Technical BA to assess and optimize our sales systems ecosystem, spanning Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CPQ, and ERP. You will lead an end-to-end review of workflows, data flows, and integration points to identify root causes and recommended improvements.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, and IT to implement governance, data quality controls, and streamlined processes that reduce validation failures and data defects while enabling

Qualifications

• Experience architecting or optimizing CRM/CPQ/ERP solutions.
• Strong data governance and cross-platform data quality management.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferred.
• Hands-on problem-solver with quick assessment and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication with Sales, Customer Service, and IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end assessment of current sales workflows and cross-system integration.
• Diagnose and resolve root causes of validation and data transfer issues between CRM, OrderNet (CPQ), and ERP.

• Support CRM user adoption through workflow optimization and process simplification.

Our client is in the process of stabilizing and optimizing our sales systems ecosystem — specifically across Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, OrderNet (CPQ), and our ERP platform. We are experiencing integration gaps, data quality issues, and validation failures across these systems that are creating downstream operational challenges for our Sales and Customer Service teams. We need a seasoned architect / Staff Technical BA to assess the current state, identify root causes, and lead targeted improvements.
