Dream Finders Homes is seeking a technically adept IT professional to provide application support, data administration, and system maintenance across ERP and core business platforms in a Baltimore office setting.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, SQL querying, reporting accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows and drive process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or financial/operational software.
• Industry experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, integrations, and application administration.

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues across Newstar, BuildPro, Salesforce, Oracle, and other business-critical systems.
• Run SQL queries and use reporting tools to review ERP data and maintain reporting accuracy.
• Monitor cross-system data synchronization and investigate failed or incomplete transactions.
• Assist with system upgrades, patches, and testing; validate test environments after updates.
• Maintain ticket tracking, build SOPs, and train business departments on system best practices.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to optimize workflows and automate processes.
