Job summary

Connection in New Hampshire is seeking a Sales Support Representative, SLED, to partner with Account Managers, coordinate orders, prepare quotes and keep the sales process moving smoothly. You’ll provide proactive, high-quality customer service and help ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year of related experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent organization and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and adaptability.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• A customer-focused approach and ability to build effective relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and customers throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Enter and monitor orders to help ensure timely, satisfactory delivery.
• Prepare quotes, research product questions, and assist with bids.
• Address stock, credit, shipping, and backorder issues.
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Proactively follow up on open orders and service concerns.
