Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles; experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, quotes, order updates, and general support.
• Prepare, process, and track sales quotes, purchase orders, and related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure orders meet specifications and delivery timelines.
• Maintain CRM systems and internal databases, ensuring customer information, order status, and communication logs are current and complete.
• Support the sales team with reporting, scheduling, follow‑ups, and administrative tasks.
• Assist in creating sales materials, product information sheets, and customer presentations.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate lead times, availability, and order status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
