Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience or training preferred.
• Experience with mechanical and industrial piping applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and take orders from customers over the phone.
• Provide order status updates and prepare quotations and bids.
• Purchase non-stock items and backorders as needed.
• Coordinate sales orders and deliver professional customer service.
