The role emphasizes customer interaction, accurate documentation, and supporting marketing initiatives while learning the sales process and CRM. A strong eye for detail and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in customer service, sales support, or admin roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning ERP and CRM systems.
• Interest in long-term sales, marketing, or CRM career.

Responsibilities

• Review customer purchase orders and verify specifications, pricing, and order details before processing.
• Enter and maintain customer orders within the Company's ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, deliveries, and order-related questions.
• Prepare customer specification sheets, pricing quotations, sales reports, and other sales documentation.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, customer email campaigns, promotional materials, and marketing inventory.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the Company's CRM system.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks while learning the sales process and customer relationship management.
