Cargo Floor B.V in Wood Dale, IL seeks a Sales Support Specialist to be the main contact for customers, process orders, and prepare quotations. You will assist the sales team with administrative tasks and coordinate with production, logistics, and finance to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires 2+ years in sales support, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. A bachelor's degree and experience with ERP/CRM systems are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
• 2+ years in sales support or related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, inquiries, and product information.
• Support the sales team with administrative and operational activities.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations, sales documentation, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales data within company systems.
• Assist with resolving customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support sales reporting and other departmental administrative tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales support process.
