Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED accepted with relevant experience.
1–3 years of prior sales experience or industry knowledge.

Positive, goal‑oriented attitude focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Quickly build strong relationships with internal Ryerson staff and external vendors across the US.
Create and modify orders within AS400/SAP systems.
Wear multiple hats and maintain high attention to detail in all tasks.
Keep internal teams informed about order tracking and lead times throughout the sales process.
Use problem-solving skills to ensure on-time delivery within stipulated timelines.
Maintain detailed records of tracking material and related activities.
