You will handle calls, assist with quotes and orders, maintain customer data in Salesforce, and coordinate with purchasing, finance, and warehouse staff to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3+ years in sales support or related roles.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and professional communication.
• Ability to manage orders, paperwork, and reports accurately.
• Comfort coordinating with inside sales, purchasing, finance, warehouse, vendors, and customers.
• Strong organization and service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls via a multi-line phone system, providing prompt, courteous, and professional customer service.
• Support customers with order status, paperwork, new account updates, credits, RMAs, and general account questions by phone and email.
• Assist inside sales with quotes, order entry, purchase orders, subcontracting, buyouts, and sourcing non-standard materials.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues related to orders, purchasing, finance, warehouse activity, and sales support.
• Maintain customer information in Salesforce, update reports and spreadsheets, and organize monthly purchase order files.
• Provide branch support including accepting deliveries and mail, screening visitors, maintaining break room supplies, assisting with lunch meetings, and supporting export invoices and shipments.
