Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with order entry, customer account support, administrative coordination, or related customer service functions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and outside sales representatives regarding orders, account updates, and service needs.
• Enter, update, track, expedite, and modify customer orders within company systems.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, sales, and internal departments to support accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare estimates, obtain product quotes, assist with pricing analysis, and resolve customer inquiries or billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer records, monitor inventory levels, complete reconciliations, and support shipping documentation.
