• Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customers during the order fulfillment process.
• Support day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager to grow the business.
• Proactively follow up on open orders to minimize issues and resolve customer service problems.
• Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
