Job summary

Connection is seeking a customer-focused team member to support the Account Manager by handling day-to-day order fulfillment and customer service tasks. You will proactively follow up on orders to prevent issues, answer calls, and ensure accurate, satisfactory order processing.

You will join a collaborative team with strong emphasis on helping customers, professional communication, and efficient cross-functional support to grow our business.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing.
• Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business.
• Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution.
• Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
