Connection is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist the Account Manager in day-to-day order fulfillment and customer service across assigned accounts. You will help ensure accurate orders, resolve issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes teamwork, timely communication, and proactive problem-solving within a fast-paced IT solutions environment. Monday–Friday schedule and benefits accompany the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing.
• Act as a support resource for day‑to‑day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business.
• Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution.
• Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
