The Dixon Group, based in Chestertown, MD, is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to work with the Regional Sales Manager to drive sales initiatives, coordinate training, support new product launches, and manage key customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years in customer service or sales, with 3–5 years in industrial sales preferred, and strong communication skills. Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus; role is on-site with standard business hours.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, and/or data analysis is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial sales is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Make outbound sales calls to select customers to promote products and services.
• Research and identify sales and product trends, providing actionable analysis to the sales team.
• Coordinate and track growth programs for key distributors.
• Take responsibility for special projects, research, and administrative assignments as needed.
• Utilize Dixon's CRM program to accurately record and communicate customer interactions.
• Participate in regional calls, meetings, and training coordination efforts.
• Provide daily operational guidance, performance feedback, and workflow management.
• Coordinate project-based pricing and quotes.
